Grant has over 30 years experience in development and delivery of large infrastructure and building projects and businesses in the UK, Asia and North America.
He founded the Construction Data Trust in 2020 to unlock value from construction data in support of transformation of the sector.
Grant led the development of the legal and technical architecture to enable secure data collaboration at scale and with social purpose.
He now leads the development and delivery of the Trust strategy and business plan.
Jo is a Deputy Director at the Infrastructure and Projects Authority, leading their Project Futures team. Jo has worked for over 20 years in project delivery, most recently in the successful delivery of the Environment Agency’s £2.6bn 6-year flood risk management programme.
She believes we need urgently to transform our approach to project delivery in order to achieve the best outcomes for the economy, the environment and society as a whole.
Jo is pioneering the use of data analytics in this transformation, including as a founding member of the Project Data Analytics Task Force.
Gareth is Head of Data & Analytics at Sir Robert McAlpine. He is a change leader for project data in the built environment.
As well as being an active member of Project Data Analytics Task Force, Gareth sits on the Board of Governors for the Project Data Analytics apprenticeship.
Through his efforts to transform industry, Gareth was recognised in the Data IQ Top 100 influential people in data (2021).
